Beautifully designed, modern spacious home, we have 3 bedrooms themed after the town squares!

Primary suite with king bed

Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests

Walk to the Nancy Lopez course/restaurant. We have one of the largest corner lots in The Villages.

Outdoor seating, heated saltwater private pool with a huge bird cage/screen enclosure.Tiki Hot tub,
Our kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, the home is spotless clean, well appointed and modern with little luxuries that will surprise you.

We are half way between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. Easy cart ride to eat, dance, shop, golf, & more! # memories

Golf cart available to rent, $40 per day, $200 per week, $400 month, deposit required
Pool is heated to 83 degrees Nov-May

Really kind and forthcoming with all needs , one thing and not a large thing but if your renting for more than 2 days you need to supply your own toilet paper , my thought is if your stay is for a week and your paying for all week why not supply the same amenities for all the days . Not just 2 . I’m a business owner in the service world and didn’t see the logic in this .

Wonderful stay at the Coconut Courtyard

Our family of 7 stayed in this home and had a great time! The kids loved the pool and eating outside in the shaded patio area. The kitchen had all we needed for meals and the beds were comfortable. The owners are very easy to communicate with and stay on top of all the details. We would definitely recommend this home for a vacation in the Villages.

We arrived and were blown away at the property. It was amazing! Clean and lovingly maintained, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spent part of our vacation with our family. We have 4 kids, one grand kiddo and love The Villages. This home is going to be the place we retire. We also use this as our personal getaway with our family.

We live & work in Michigan, born and raised. We love to host and hope to spoil you with what we have come to know in our 6 years of hosting. We want you to feel like family.

Why they chose this property

The house is a rare gem. It's one of the largest courtyards in The Villages. It needed a complete update when we bought it but we could see it's potential. After lots of hard work, it has become even more beautiful that we anticipated.
The location is perfect. We can walk over to the Nancy Lopez bar and restaurant. The neighborhood is quiet and fun.

One of the largest courtyards in The Villages. Private, heated saltwater pool. Corner lot. Close to golf, food and drinks. Halfway between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter. You can take the golf cart to shopping, restaurants, the gym and more.
