Very cute, clean house near the river and everything Port Huron. House is larger than appears in the photos with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy yourself.

We were so excited to be with family for our week at Jim's property. We were pleasantly surprised by the gracious gift Jim left us upon arrival. The explanation of the house was exactly as described. It was spaciously laid out so everyone had their own spot. The kitchen was very nicely appointed with everything you need. Kayaks and the canoe were very fun on the river, and Jim even left us wood for a bonfire! Short distances to the Blue Water Bridge, beaches and downtown Port Huron. We had a wonderful vacation! We are looking to come back!

Me and my family came to stay here at Jim’s property for my mom’s 60th birthday and everything was great! The house was beautiful. Anything we needed for cooking was available to us. The house was clean and smelled great. There was even balloons and a birthday card waiting for our mom from the host! A thoughtful thing we noticed was the air purifiers in each room; with the wild fires from Canada happening recently. No complaints here. We had a ball kayaking and fishing! We will be back!

This clean and spacious house with lots of updates and what I believe was fairly new furniture was perfect for the four adult couples in our group. We comfortably sat in the living room for game night and didn't bump into each other when preparing food in the kitchen. The A/C worked great, plus there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The fact everything you needed was on one floor, including walking out onto the large deck, was wonderful for those in our group who have knee problems (laundry and going down to the river DOES require stairs, but there was plenty of space on the deck outside the living room and kitchen for us). We liked being only minutes away from multiple stores, restaurants, and Lake Huron beaches. The owner responded quickly to any questions. I think it would be a great property for people with children too. I would highly recommend this property!!
