Very spacious house in a safe residential area in vegas, one story house with a large backyard with many amenities including a swimming pool and a hot tub. it has 4 large bedrooms with its own walk in full bathrooms in each, full beautiful kitchen and plenty of in property parking even for an RV. this is the perfect house to enjoy vegas sun on a family getaway or convention visit. Pool is not heated only the hot tub is.

The host was the best, couldn't ask for a better one, The amenities are fantastic, the kitchen for cooking and the backyard can't be beat! I would not hesitate to recommend this property for anyone coming to Las Vegas that prefers a peaceful stay while in the city.

Large spot with very spacious rooms each with their own bathroom plus an additional bathroom in the living room. In a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking including a garage. The jacuzzi, pool, pool table, foosball, soccer field, were all fun to use. So many fun amenities it allowed our group to catch up at the house rather than needing to go to the strip. Kitchen was relatively well stocked but a few missing items. Plenty of seating areas for a large group, we had 8 people. The main cons I had with the spot were some of the beds were uncomfortable to the point 1 couple was unable to sleep. Also, the grill is a nice addition but there were no grilling utensils.
