This 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom house truly has all you need for the perfect beach vacation, including a private pool, screened porch, complimentary bikes, private parking, an outdoor shower, and to top it all off, it's located only steps from sugar-white sand! 157 Savelle Drive is surrounded by state park-protected land, meaning it provides the highest level of privacy and seclusion. This home was recently remodeled in 2021 to reflect a stunning coastal feel with brand new appliances, countertops, and furniture. The first floor of the home begins with an entry that leads to a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a bunk room with 2 twin-over-full bunk beds. The bunk room shares a full bathroom with the hallway, which has a shower/tub combination.

The second level of the home encompasses the living and kitchen area, which opens up directly to the screened-in porch. The kitchen features sparkling white quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is room for 10 people to eat comfortably at both the kitchen's bar and dining table. The living room also features 2 cozy sofas and chairs around the flat-screen TV. The remaining bedrooms can also be found on this floor, beginning with the primary suite, which has a king bed and private bathroom. The next room has a queen bed and private bathroom, while the neighboring room has a king bed and private bathroom. The final guest room features 2 full-size beds with a private bathroom.
