Why they chose this property
Narberth is the crown jewel of the affluent Main Line suburbs of Philadelphia. As the only Borough in the local township of Lower Merion, it's the most walkable of all the Main Line towns, so it feels like the safest part of the affluent Main Line mixed with the walkability of Philadelphia - the quiet appeal of the suburbs but close enough to everything. One of the top school districts in PA with captains of industry living nearby. Feels a little like Yale / Oxford / Cambridge / Harry Potter with some of the magnificent old buildings and it's surrounded by parks. It is located in one of the highest median income areas in the state and right next to others too including the highest in all of PA (Gladwynne). Commutable to Philadelphia in minutes along the train just a few minutes walk from the property down quiet streets with almost no traffic. Gorgeous quaint shops in the town. Also it's on the quietest part of the street.
