Welcome to lake life at Liberty Landing! We are happy to offer our new home in the private, gated community Barefoot Bay on Tim's Ford lake. Come relax and make memories while taking in the amazing views of the lake. This 4 Bedroom / 3 Bath home sleeps up to 8 people. The new community pool and small craft launching ramp are just a couple of lots down. This home is walking distance to the town square of Winchester, with the historic Oldham movie theater and many nice dining options. Nearby Tim's Ford State Park offers plenty of hiking and nature trails, the Jack Nicklaus designed Bear Trace Gold Course, and many other family activities. The Twin Creeks Marina is right around the corner and offers live entertainment and family games on many nights at Drafts and Watercrafts Restaurant.
Enjoy a nice relaxing getaway at the lake with family and friends.

Wonderful getaway!

Just spent the weekend at this wonderful lake house! We had never been to the area before and this was the perfect spot! Location, views, and house are all awesome! We can’t wait to come back!!

Great stay!

House was beautiful. Looks just like the photographs. We really enjoyed the back deck overlooking the lake. House is well equipped, and communication with property owners was very good.

Amazing lake house!

We could not have had a better experience at Liberty Landing! The home was perfectly stocked, beds and seating comfortable, decor was special, view of the lake, friendly neighborhood, great pool. We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect Space

We didn't know much about Tims Ford/Winchester area, but it was centrally located for a family getogether, and Liberty Landing was the perfect space for our family! The house is immaculate and the flow of the kitchen, living room, and deck is the perfect layout.

Perfect getaway at the lake

The house is beautiful and easily met the needs of 6 adults for two nights. The pool and watercraft put-in are two lots away, which made it very convenient for all our activities. Ashleigh and Brent were very responsive when we had questions and needed help with the AC unit.

A definite do-over for this family with adult children

We stayed at this beautiful Winchester lake-front home after the July 4th holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. A lovely home, beautifully-appointed with thoughtful amenities. Deck space and lake-front views were plentiful with great outside living area that complemented the inside space. We'll most definitely be back.

Great view and setting on the lakes edge

Clean, nice, peaceful, and a relaxing vibe. House was a great experience overall. Beds comfy, AC worked great, bathrooms stocked well, nice linens/towels, and the home had several sitting or hang areas to see the lake or be outside on the spacious deck overlooking the lake. The kitchen was stocked well with all the cooking utensils you need. Owners very responsive and professional.

Lakeview Heaven!

This is the best hidden gem at Tim's Ford Lake! The house was beautiful and the view...oh the view was just STUNNING! We were right.on.the.water! We had more than enough space for 5 adults to laugh, eat good food and just relax on the back patios (yes, there are TWO!) overlooking the lake. We were also about 5 minutes from the Town Square, which had good food! Again, best hidden gem in Tim's Ford Lake!

Beautiful Property

The house is lovely, cute as can be! Great views of the lake from the porches. The swimming pool wasn’t open yet when we visited (June 2022) and the lake access was a bit tricky (muddy and rocky). Downtown Winchester was cute. We went to Tim’s Ford State Park and Greeter Falls (great waterfalls and swimming hole) as well as The Caverns all within about 45 minutes. We rented a boat and tube from Twin Creeks Marina for a day. Visited Nashville and Grand Ole Opry (90 minutes).
