The apartment is in good location and its really nice looking outside the window. Sadly the apartment room stayed in was damaged and a mess and has not been checked before guest checked in. Walked into room to find lights not working in shower and bedroom and toliets seat hanging off. Stains all over the wall and body fluids all over mattress possibly urine stains. Broken window hatch. There no aircon or washing machine or dryer dose say on booking but there none. You expected to cross road to another location to pay for laundry and when your on holiday don't have time to sit around washing. Host come into room when complained about lights without permission and took light thing of shower and never even fixed it leaving exposed. Please note loud footsteps and you can feel stuff shaking in room. If this room was fixed to standard for guest would enjoyed it because location is good and windows are good blocking sound and you can walk out and get something to eat within secs. Brussels Central is around corner 4 mins walk and 30 mins walk to main one. Shopping areas are close by as well. Advise to host fixed the apartment because apartment is sitting on amazing location. Bed protectors needed hygiene issues. I have to give this one star because its been neglected also the lamps shades need to be replaced dusty and mean feels like snow. 5 stars for locations and check in but room 1 star. I don't know about other rooms just this room.

This place was in a great location and a spacious living area, and clean, but overall just okay - .a little noisy at night and early morning when delivery trucks came through and street cleaners hosed down the area. The staircase up to the unit is typical for the area - narrow, curvy; however the bannister was loose in places and broken spindles. The owner only supplied 2 bath towels (no face or hand towels) , a tiny garbage pail (no extra bags), the kitchen was minimally equipped, but did have a microwave, coffee pot, stove, dishwater and a large refrigerator.
