The three bedrooms, two of which are master, have two king and a queen bed layout. All have their own ensuite bathrooms with tempered glass shower areas and are detailed with marble and custom hand carved ornate wood framed mirrors.
The large open living / dining room have sliding glass doors that open onto a large covered terrace where there is an alternate al fresco dining area.
Satellite TV channels are provided for your entertainment needs. Internet access is included.
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all modern appliances and crockery is situated off the dining room.
A walk in laundry room is located off the kitchen.
All rooms are serviced with built-in air conditioning units that can be individually controlled by a remote.

On the second level, along with one of the master bedrooms, is an out door entertaining area with a wet bar area beneath a grand thatched palapa hanging from which is an ornate metal and onyx chandelier. Also on this level is your own private dipping pool and terrace.
The third level is a sun / roof terrace complete with reclining lounge chairs and another dining area, with shade umbrella, that seats six. We have a BBQ grill on this level so make sure the food you prepare matched the magnificent view!
The sun / roof level gets direct sun ALL year, so cover yourselves in sun screen protection and enjoy.
All the rooms on all levels have amazing views of the town, the bay and the Sierra Madre Mountains.
