Fully furnished ocean view condo in south Maui by arguably the best beach in Maui. The 2 bedroom unit has a king bed in the master and 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom.

The kitchen offers granite counter tops, back splash and island range oven. There is a stacked washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

We have on-island manager for 24hr. Emergency and non emergency for your protection.

Satellite lock box for late arrivals...1/2 night rate for late departures when available.

I have stayed at the Park Shore for over 10 years, so know the complex.

It is well managed and the units are great for the location.

This unit is perfect for the view. Owner is great and responsive.

It was clean and well furnished, with wifi and Tv in all rooms

Definitely recommend to all

We enjoyed our time in Maui, it was our 3rd time to stay at Maui Park Shore. Its easy, convenient and cost effective. Our Unit was clean and comfortable. Dealing with Linda was extremely enjoyable. We would highly recommend the property. Being across from Beach III made it easy to enjoy the sun in close proximity to the condo.

Great condo in terrific location!

My two young sons and I had a great time at this condo, which was in impeccable condition when we arrived and had everything to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen is brand new and has all the cooking gear you could possibly need, I loved cooking there. There were 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board, as well as small cooler. The best thing about the condo is the lanai and the view! the kitchen and living room have wall to wall sliding doors to the very large lanai, and has a beautiful view of the beach across the parking lot and the street. You can watch beautiful sunsets from the lanai. The trees at the beach cover the spot where the sun sets, but you can still see the changing colors of the ocean and the sky, it was spectacular! The complex is right across the street from Kamaole beach IIII, which after visiting many beaches in Maui, I concluded was my favorite to spend the day. It has a lovely cove with lots of rocks with coral to snorkel, without having to go very far, so perfect for children, and I saw at least one big turtle there everyday. Next to the cove is a longer strip of sandy beach with enough waves to do body surfing, without the waves being too strong, and a lifeguard, so it is perfect for children and for relaxing in the water. There is a pool in the complex too, not huge, but good enough for relaxing when the beach is too windy. Just a few blocks away there are shops, places to eat, and snorkel gear rental places. Highly recommend Maui Gelato, just a few blocks away or 3 minutes by car, had the best shaved ice, locally made gelato, and Belgian waffles. There is a healthfood market nearby, and a regular market too, and just a few minutes more by car there is a Foodland supermarket and the Kihei Kalama village with more bars, restaurants and artisans. The owner of the condo was very friendly and accommodating and responded right away to all my questions. We found everything just as it looks in the pictures, except the living room that had brand new sofas, actually nicer than the ones you see in the picture! The entrance is on the opposite side of the lanai, facing Haleakala and the backyard of the complex which is landscaped with tall tropical plants. The two bedrooms have windows facing this side, which meant that every morning I woke up listening to tons of birds, it was truly magical. Overall, I think staying in Kihei was a great decision and I would definitively stay at this condo again if I come back to Maui!!

Lovely condo with terrific lanai

The location of this condo is excellent- walking distance to shops, restaurants, across the street from Kamaole III and a short drive to many other great beaches. The spacious lanai was a perfect extension of this bright condo's living space and the lanai sun shade was helpful to reduce the heat and glare from the afternoon sun. We loved the floor plan of the condo with the updated kitchen right off the lanai and the bedrooms at the back of the unit. The screen door at the back and ceiling fans in all the rooms provided a wonderful breeze and kept the condo very comfortable. The water tap at the foot of the stairs was great for washing sand off your feet before heading up to the condo. Linda (owner) was excellent to deal with during the entire process - all my many questions were responded to very quickly.

When we return to Maui, we would definitely stay here again.
