Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Upon checkout, please leave used beds unmade. -Place dirty dishes and silverware in diswasher.
Please do not place any wet towels or clothing on furniture or floors. There are hooks provided in the bathrooms and in each bedroom or a laundry basket is available in each bedroom closet.
-Close all windows - Set thermostat to 55 degrees - Turn off all lights, fans and TV's. - Lock all doors, back, Sunroom and front doors - Put key back in lockbox when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
-Please do not use any cooking sprays or metal utensils on the non stick pots and pans. Utilize coasters throughout the house for your beverages.
The fireplace is electric. No wood burning allowed. When utilizing gas grill, make sure you shut off the burners and tank,
Do not venture in the backyard past the grill area. There are deer, bears, foxes, turkeys that pass through the yard so be cautious.

Our home is set in Parksville, NY and is on several acres. There are always plenty of wildlife to set and watch from the Sunroom. The property is very private and has ample parking.
