Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom Pace retreat, where you can make yourself at home. This cozy house is perfect for a group of friends or family, with ample space to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Enjoy your stay with the convenience of air conditioning, a hair dryer, and heating. The two bathrooms are equipped with shampoos, conditioners and soaps for your convenience. And large bath towels. We also provide laundry soap, dryer sheets, fresh linens, sofa blankets, and a reading nook.
The fully loaded kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook for your family or entertain guests. The back patio features a gas grill with grilling utensils, allowing you to enjoy outdoor cooking.

We could not have asked for a better place than this!! It came with a huge backyard that has a privacy fence all around. It even has peep holes for the pups to look out!! How neat is that?!The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds! All the amenities you need! Toothpaste! How many places do you stay that provides toothpaste, toothbrushes, women’s needs, and towels that don’t smell funky and they all match!! TVs in all 3 rooms, master bedroom has a trundle bed for more people…and everybody be comfortable at the same time! The price was perfect, the area is great and we have decided to stay again in the near future…Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

Linda’s home in Pace really met our needs. The location was close to shopping and restaurants yet was in a quiet neighborhood. It was extremely clean and had everything you would need to sleep comfortably and shower. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans and spices. Thank you so much Linda.

We loved our stay in in Pace at Linda’s place. It is by far one of the nicest homes we could have asked for. Very comfortable, large enough for us and then some, pet friendly and there was so many amenities for us to use. The W-FI was super fast and a TV in every room. What more could we have asked for? Such a good value fo r the money. Thank you Linda. You’re the best!
