The Outdoor Experience

The backyard sits on a private canal and the landscaping is the first thing guests notice — bright colors, lush plantings, and a level of attention to the outdoor environment that sets this property apart from most vacation rentals. Keith called it beautiful and said it was obvious a lot of attention went into it.

The heated pool sits at the center, clean and warm year-round. The tiki hut runs alongside it — seating, dining table, a 55" Smart TV, and string lights that create a warm tropical glow after dark. Guests have watched college football games, hosted dinners, and stayed outside well into the evening here. The private dock gives direct canal access — peaceful, quiet, and a natural spot for morning coffee and evening wind-downs.

A fully stocked bar cart with martini and wine glasses is ready when you arrive. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers are included. Cornhole and oversized Connect Four are set up in the yard.

Pets are welcome. The backyard is fully fenced.

Caloosa Park is two blocks away — playground, sports courts, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and walking paths. Multiple guests have walked over for morning exercise and kids' outdoor time.

The interior is bright, modern, and more layered than most properties at this size. The open-concept living area connects to the kitchen and dining space naturally.

The dedicated lanai bar room is the standout interior feature — a finished indoor-outdoor space with a full bar and seating for four and a 55" Smart TV. It bridges the living area and the backyard and becomes the natural gathering spot for evenings when the group comes inside.

Adjacent to the lanai bar room is the pool table room — a separate space for friendly competition. A note worth knowing before you arrive: the room is cozy, so you may need to shift the table slightly for the full cue swing. Worth knowing upfront so it doesn't interrupt the first game.

The PAC-MAN arcade cabinet is the other indoor entertainment anchor — a genuine crowd-pleaser for kids and adults. Board games are stocked. The 65" Smart TV in the main living area rounds out the indoor entertainment setup.

The kitchen is fully stocked — quartz countertops, new appliances, quality cookware, dining table for six, and breakfast bar seating for five. Children's amenities available — travel crib, high chair, and kid-friendly dinnerware. Laundry bins in every bedroom. Laundry available for longer stays.

One has a walk-in shower, the other a bathtub and shower combination. Fresh towels, hair dryer, and essential toiletries stocked throughout. Laura said they are LUXURY. Elizabeth said they will spoil you. She's right.
