Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Departing Steps We hope you enjoyed your stay? 10am Morning of Departure: 1. Pull used sheets & towels. Place on laundry rm floor. Start 1st load of TOWELS please.
2. No dirty dishes left behind prior to departure. Load, wash, return to proper place.
3. Take Trash to curb on last day please. Cover the jacuzzi lid, leave on, leave plugged in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Swim at Your Own Risk Use of bunk beds may cause bodily harm and/or death. Use at your own risk No Smoking/Vaping, Candles inside or near doors
No Pets- ($200./Pet Fee per Pet, per day) if evidence found + Additional Fees apply if Incurred to remove any pet trace (hair, damage, odor, etc).
