No Construction Work Crews, Trailers, Heavy Equipment to avoid blocking shared parking or damage to property.
Designated Parking Space to carport area only, 2 Vehicle Maximum, 3rd Party bookings must be disclosed and all adult guests included in group chat
There is a 2nd smaller rental on property with private rear balconies and designated areas but a shared dock at times for all to enjoy.

Had parking for 2 vehicles. Clean, had a beautiful veiw of sunrise over river.dock was good size. Screened in porch was favorite place in the evening. The Host is the greatest,he was so friendly and helpful .made our stay enjoyable.
