Quiet and safe village home. Walk to the near by park that has in-ground pools, playground, volleyball and more! Upstairs loft with 2 twins and a Queen bed. Downstairs King bed suite and full bed in spare bedroom. Bring the whole family. Pet friendly! 1.5 baths. Long term stays welcome! Everything you need! Super host on Air b n b!

This was my first home. I lived in this home for just under a decade and poured my heart into fixing it up and loving it. I am so excited to start this journey as a hostess. I have always enjoyed entertaining and feel so blessed that I have this opportunity to have families come and stay and enjoy this house as much as I have.

Why they chose this property

This is the perfect blend of small town feel in a bustling setting. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. You will see kids outside playing, people walking their dogs, neighbors outdoors gardening, people stop to say hello. It is a great community. There are parks within walking distance. Just a short drive will take you to our infamous Wegmans grocery store. Target and Walmart are just a mile away. The Galleria Mall is just a short drive. It is pretty centrally located to anywhere in Western NY!

What makes this property unique

I think my home radiates the love and warmth the minute you walk in the door. I am a very detail oriented person and try to ensure everyone feels right at home. I take pride in the cleanliness of every room from sanitizing the kitchen and bathroom thoroughly between guests but I also sanitize all the bedding too!
