This is one of the best VRBO’ my family and I have stayed at. The host was so easy to get in touch with and responded back extremely quickly. House is spacious, rooms and bathrooms were as well! The kitchen was fully stocked. First one that I have seen to have about everything plus some. The outside area was clean and relaxing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The pool is deeper than I expected. Easy check in and easy check out. Will stay at this place again if we are ever in this area.

We had a great stay and the house was clean, beautiful, centrally located and overall perfect for our family. The owner was extremely accommodating and attentive which was very nice. My only complaint would be that the owner required that you text them if and when you wanted the pool lights or hot tub turned on and off. Being a pool owner myself, I completely understand having reservations about turning guests loose with the pool remote, it was just something we had never experienced before and not ideal. Overall this is a wonderful place for a family to stay and I would recommend.

We had a fantastic time in this beautiful home. It was in a great location to everything and nice peaceful neighborhood. The home was clean and supplied with everything you would need except what you want to eat. We enjoyed the nice outdoor area and the beautiful clean pool. Kassey was easy to reach when and if needed. The only negative thing I have to say is the air conditioner does have a hard time keeping the house cool during the day so you have to keep the shades down so you can sleep cooler at night. But I would recommend and definitely stay there again!!

This property was beyond expectations. The owner was gracious and answered questions quickly, even though the instructions were posted. There were zero worries about how anything worked. The property also provided on-site supplies; you didn't need to buy cleaning products, coffee, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with knives, pans, cutting boards, glasses, etc. I would highly recommend this property to families. Expect excellence. The pool is saltwater, and you can turn on the hot tub by texting the owner. It is very spacious and luxurious. I will definitely rent again. Thank you to the owner for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Absolutely amazing stay! We highly recommend this house. It was beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, comfortable, and even better than we expected. You can tell a lot of care has been put into making the home welcoming and enjoyable for guests. Everything we needed was there, and the entire house was very well maintained. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

This house is amazing - super clean and well stocked. The hosts were great and super responsive. We ended up spending more time together at the house just enjoying each other in a great space. Definitely recommend staying here if traveling to NB or Gruene.
