Great property near downtown Gruene. Stayed here for a reunion of retired work buddies. We needed 5 beds so we rented two units adjacent to each other. The entire property seems to be very new; both units were very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Although close to downtown Gruene, I wouldn’t call it an easy walk. The road is very busy and not real well lit at night. We had no problem finding parking in Gruene so we drove back and forth.Communications from the property manager were very good.Would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for enjoying the area. Great location to Gruene. Not an easy walk for the “faint hearted” , but a short 2 minute drive. Five minute drive to Schlitterbahn.

We had several couples on a long weekend getaway to Gruene, and really enjoyed this property. We had more than enough space, and the location is convenient to downtown Gruene and New Braunfels. The property was clean and everything worked well. I would recommend this property, and would definitely stay again.
