The space
The perfect home for families and mature groups seeking a central location near Downtown Cleveland!

This spacious retreat offers four Smart TVs, plush queen and double mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and an in-unit washer/dryer. A dedicated office with a work desk provides space to focus, while the high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected.

Located in the vibrant Tremont neighborhood, you’ll be just minutes from Downtown and within walking distance to some of the city’s best dining, bars, shopping, and entertainment.

Relax outdoors in the large yard with free parking, unwind in cozy queen beds, and enjoy all the comforts needed for a memorable stay.

⚠️ Note: The office does not have a power outlet; an extension cord from the hallway is required for device use.
Guest access
You’ll have the entire upper level as your own private, self-contained space, with full access to the yard. Please note the lower level is occupied, so we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum and respect quiet hours.
Other things to note
We’re often traveling but remain available daily from 8 AM to 11 PM EST to support you and ensure your stay is comfortable. 😊

Pet Fee: $25 per pet, per night.
Parking is $10 per night (Pending availability)

Cooling: This unit does not have central air conditioning. A portable AC is set up in the living room during warm months, and tower fans are provided for the other rooms.

If you require extra sheets or towels for the sofa or air mattress, please reach out at least 24 hours before your arrival.

PLEASE NOTE

The unit is on the second floor and accessed via one flight of stairs. If stairs pose a challenge, this may not be the best fit. 🙂

We provide a starter supply of 4 toilet paper rolls per bathroom. For longer stays, guests are responsible for replenishing these once the initial supply is used.
