Oceanfront, Dog-Friendly House w/ Shared Pool, Free WiFi, Ocean Views

This bottom-floor, Cottage Avenue Duplex condo, has two bedrooms and is an easy walk to the beach and ocean. A semi-oceanfront home, the condo features a kitchen and a bath for those who want to come to the beach to enjoy all that it has to offer. You'll be close to all the Buxton Highway 12 shops and restaurants, plus Fessenden Center Skate Park for the kids. A great way for you, your friends, and your extended family to have your own space is by renting Cape Top, in the same building, but as a separate unit with its own entrance.

Things to know:
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.


Please note: Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details around this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process. The club is typically open Mid-May to Mid-October, depending on the weather.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Amazing ocean views and beautiful sunrises right from the deck. Not ocean front but the next best thing to it. Very short walk to the beach that is very private and clean. We look forward to staying here again on our next vacation.

Me, my wife and our G.Dane stayed here for a week. The location is awesome, not beachfront but as close as you can get. The front porch gives you views and the sound of the ocean. Area is quiet, relaxing and family & pet friendly. Interior could use some updating and some minor work, but overall would definitely stay here again.

The proximity to the beach was amazing. There were also beach toys,and chairs to share. The house was clean and great for what we needed. A few things needs some maintinence such as the dishwasher( the detergent cap wouldn’t stay shut) and the front door lock but other than that it was really great

nice older 2bdrm unit. great deck to watch the sunrise over the ocean. unfortunately absolutely no beach to sit on - NEast storm took that out two weeks ago... but still. great little place. we'll be back.
