Carlyle suite 3G is located on Ocean Drive between 12 and 13 St, just steps away from the famous South Beach. The 1030 sq. Ft, two bedroom and two full bathroom is brand new, tastefully modern decorated and accommodate at least 4 people comfortably with two queen size bed. The condo is facing ocean Drive and Atlantic Ocean, huge master bathroom, spacious living room, state-of-the-art kitchen, Oven, Microwave, washer/dryer. 24 hr concierge service in Carlyle and secure access to the building to provide a quiet, safe, and comfortable stay.

The kitchen has a full range of top of the line stainless steel appliances; the bathroom is has twin sinks, modern light fixture, bidet, a massive walk in shower, Jacuzzi tub. Other features include a flat screen LCD TV with cable, high speed internet access with in room Wifi, CD/DVD player, coffee maker, Cooking utensils/plates/silverware, washer/dryer, towels and linens, central air-conditioning etc.

About Jim

I get to know Miami when I studied Microbiology at University of Miami from 1989-1994. South Beach is the best because of the one and only Ocean Drive, where I spent much time on the white sandy beach and played volley ball in Lummus Park. Time past, I still have fond memory of the happy hour in 'News Café' and 'people show' on Ocean Drive. It is the definitely a best place you must visit when you visit Miami.

'The Carlyle residence remains an iconic Art Deco landmark. Known as one of the most sought after settings for photo shoots, televised programming, Hollywood, and independent film-making, The Carlyle has been featured in films: Bad Boys 2 (2003), Random Hearts (1999), Pronto (1997), The Birdcage (1996), and Scarface (1983). The all white building is three stories high. Each floor is set off by attractive tiers. The center of the facade has three horizontal bars from the top of the first floor to the roof with circular tiering at the top. There are also several areas displaying intricate designs. I bought this unit because of Carlyle and its great value in the world most exciting beach resort.

                                                  Check in was easy, the condo was clean with all the amenities that one may need. I had no issues and was very comfortable throughout my 5 days stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Byli jsme 4 dospeli a byli jsme spokojeni s vybavenim i se soukromim pro kazdeho z nas v prubehu nasich 17 dnu dovolene. Personal byl moc mily a vstricny. Obavy z hluku z nocniho zivota na Ocean Dr se rozplynuly. Okna skvele tesnila. Jediny mensi problem byl, ze nefungoval kávovar. Nahlaseno majiteli a skutecne pry resil, ale nesthl to do konce pobytu. Takze doporucujeme a dekujeme za fajn dovolenou!


                                                  Recommended! Quality price ratio works on such top location as Ocean Dr on Miami Beach is. We were 4 adults , happy with size of apartment and privacy for everyone, well equipped, we spent there together beautiful 17 days of our holiday. Staff at reception was nice and helpful. We afraid or noise in night, but special windows protected very well.

                                                  The only small thing was that coffe maker did not work, we claim it, but owner did not catch to deliver before we left.

                                                  We (four adults and one baby) traveled to Miami for a family wedding. We had a very nice three-day stay at the Carlyle, Rental #491121. We loved the location across from the beach, the beds were very comfortable, the master bathroom quite spacious, and the kitchen seemed to be well-stocked although we did not cook, only ate a quick breakfast each morning. The staff was helpful when we called on them, and the owner, Paul, was quick to respond to our questions and return our deposit. We did not need a car as taxis and Ubers were easily accessible and reasonable.

                                                  Although the description states the condo is "brand new, " it no longer looks that way. It is well decorated but the walls are scuffed up with black marks and chipped paint, the Jacuzzi is not working, and the second bathroom is quite dark, it could use brighter light bulbs or additional lights. Providing a new sponge and some liquid dish soap would be a simple welcome to weary travelers. Although we brought our own packn'play for the baby, there is one available in the bedroom closet.

                                                  We had a couple of good lunches and drinks on the porch of FL Cafe on 1360 Collins Ave. The grilled Mahi-Mahi and the Caribbean salad were fresh and tasty.

                                                  We would recommend staying here, but hopefully after a bit of a facelift to freshen it up.

                                                  I recently stayed at The Carlyle - it was a group of 4. We had an excellent time! The location of the unit is perfect (close to everything). The unit was just as it is pictured on the website. There was enough room in the unit that we weren't on top of each other (like you would get if you stayed at a hotel). Paul was excellent to work with - I had no problems with payment transactions, and received my security deposit back within 4 days upon my return.

                                                  If you're looking for a nice place to stay - close to all of the action, with less the cost...trust and believe this is the way to go!!!

                                                  My husband and I stayed with 2 young children and having the beach and park right across the street was perfect! Amazing location... Definitly didn't need to rent a car, bus system was easy around South Beach and into downtown Miami. Right in the heart of all the action, yet unit was quiet enough at night for little sleepers. Staff at condo always pleasant and helpful, and owner / manager made booking easy. All our needs were within walking distance, even with 2 little kids. Pleasant, clean building and unit. Will book this condo again if we visit South Beach.

                                                  My husband and I, along with another couple, stayed in this unit for 5 nights. We couldn't have asked for much better. It was very clean, very quiet and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the free Wifi was a bonus. The location was perfect; walking distance to everything you could want - Lincoln Road, beach, clubs, restaurants and shopping. However, there was no dish soap or dish cloths. This would be our only complaint. The monetary transaction and booking went extremely smooth, and our damage deposit was refunded before we even got back to Canada! Owner and agent were great to deal with. I would recommend this property hands down!!
