Beautiful, remote, wild, peaceful, well-equipped, accommodating host. Stunning location & nicely appointed. A small collection of condos in a fairly remote location, each with the requisite bedrooms, baths, and living/dining/kitchen space plus outdoor decks, albeit no actual water view (at least not from our unit). Built just behind owners' homes at the top of the tall dune. Shared amenities: beach access stairs, dipping pool, footbath. Full time manager lives on site and is highly responsive to visitors' questions. Hot water unavailable for much of our stay but they said it was a fluke event, and the unheated water wasn't all that cold (even in March). Hourlong drive on dusty dirt road thru the desert from the Cabo airport is quite doable with the right vehicle.

We’ve owned our properties since 2006. We have another home in the area because we love it so much. We are originally from Newport Beach, California and believe the East Cape is one of the most beautiful spots in the world.

We chose this area for the location near the best serve brakes in all of Los Cabos in the serenity of being off the grid and close to town, but not in the thick of it. We are 100% guard gated 24 seven.

We are the only community that has access to Punta Perfecta. Private Oceanfront community —the beach is public, but it’s very hard to access. Most of the times you have the beach all to yourself.
