Step out onto the decked walkway, and head down to the river with multiple seating areas along the way. Enjoy fishing or swimming from the floating dock or use one of the property's kayaks to explore. Catch a glimpse of the local wildlife and enjoy the privacy of the oversized lot.

The recently updated home features 1 king bed in the master bedroom with an attached bathroom, 1 queen bed in the guest bedroom with an attached bathroom, and a full size pull-out in the living room couch, all upstairs. Downstairs is the bunk room, with a private entrance, providing two twin beds and a full bed with an attached bathroom, perfect for families or friends traveling together. There is covered parking for up to two vehicles with room for more in the driveway.

The property is located within the golf cart friendly Ira Bea's community. Bring your ATV or golf cart to head down to the community park with an available boat ramp. Explore Ginnie Springs or the Ichetucknee River easily. Kayaks and tubes can be launched from the property's floating dock or from a launch a short walk upriver.

We really enjoyed our stay. This place is exceptional. We will definitely stay again. The host was amazing had all amenities. Very nice dishes and hygiene products definitely a 10 out of 10.
