*Guests must abide by all pool, hot tub, volleyball, tennis and other amenities provided by our HOA.
*Respect furnishings-please respect our home as you would your own and maintain to the highest level of standard during your stay.
*No excessive noise- please be respectful and mindful of our neighbors as many of them live there full time.
*No personal items left outside of the condo during your stay, which includes pool towels, etc.
*Unauthorized late check out fee $50
*Unauthorized late check out after 2 hours will be charged an additional night stay.
*While staying at our condo, all rules and regulations must be abided by, and owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses during your reservation on or off the premises.
*There are no refunds due to weather not being what you expected.
