We are from India the land which treats guests as revered personalities as it is quoted in the scriptures : "अतिथि देवो भव" Guests are as good as God. This house is very special to our hearts as it housed my children as they attended University of Florida for 3 years so it is simple but comfortable.

This is a quiet but accessible neighborhood as it is foot steps from University Ave. and a 4 minute drive to the stadium or 30 minute walk. It is in the midst of activity but tucked away at the same time for some peace and quiet with plenty of greenery around.

This house reflects a cute, quiet, simple but comfortable place to unwind after a busy day or just footsteps from restaurants and away from traffic and easily commutable both by public or private transportation.
