Wonderful Time and Great Host

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and as close as you can get to campus. The host had great communication and made sure we were comfortable. The decorations really make it feel great to be a Florida Gator! Can't wait to go back.

Convinent to Shands

Property was nice and the host was very easy to reach. The property allowed our family to be together under one roof during a most difficult time and made traveling back and forth to Shands effortless.

Home away from home!

Plenty of parking and easy access to campus. Perfect place for family and friends coming in for the big game or for graduation. Housed is steeped in Florida memorabilia so this may not be suitable for curious children (or drunk adults).

Family celebration

The Gator House was perfect for four couple who were in town to celebrate a relative’s 80th birthday. The house is literally across the street from the UF campus and in walking distance to everything. It had a great vibe with plenty of room. Robert was an awesome host and ensured that all aspects of the stay were smooth and easy. I cannot imagine a better place to stay during football season!

Best Location in Gainesville

My wife and 2 kids (10 & 14) stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't have been happier. The proximity to campus and downtown are amazing. We brought our bikes and rode to almost everything we wanted to do or see. The Gator theme of the house is pretty cool too. The host is super responsive to any of your questions. I highly recommend this property if you're looking at properties to stay at in Gainesville. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Place!

Robert's place was perfect for graduation weekend, the place is within walking distance of the stadium and O'Connell center which allowed us to beat the traffic. The place was clean and tidy and had everything we may have needed. Robert checked in on us multiple times and ensure that everything was going smoothly, which I appreciated. Plus my family LOVED everything being gator themed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who may be considering it.
