Newly remodeled, 2 bedrooms with a loft, 2 bath town home.
Master bedroom features- King size bed, large closet/laundry combo, and master bathroom with large shower.
Second bedroom- full size bed, closet and tv.
Loft bedroom- full size bed.
Second bathroom- tub/shower combo, this bathroom is attached to full size bedroom and also accessible to main hallway.
Fenced in back yard and patio.
Fully stocked kitchen with all new appliances.

Although the property was clean & beautiful, it was not a great value. The towels were old & scratchy, & only 1 bath towel per person. The equipment in the kitchen was not complete. No toaster, mixer, steak knives, pizza cutter, not enough paper towels or toilet tissue for the amount of days & people. Once I contacted the agent, she did supply a more complete kitchen & tissue. Even 1 box of Kleenex would have been nice. Also the sliding screen on the back outside sitting area did not slide. Two things, one is that they supply a spray cleaner because the unit allows pets & they have accidents. The second thing is when something is broken or missing, that it be replaced.

I supply courtesy toilet paper for both bathrooms and 1 roll Paper towels. The towels are all brand new. I also supply detergent for guest to wash towels during the stay. A Toaster is in the cabinet and the steak knives are on the counter beside the stove (As pictured). My cleaning lady confirmed that there was in fact a pizza cutter there and now we have 2 . When brought to our attention we try to fix and replace items but because we don't live in the space it is difficult to know all the flaws.
