The home is equipped with an automatic smart lock. The door locks every 5 minutes, so no need to worry about forgetting keys or locking the door! Additionally, a security camera monitors the entrance 24/7.

- DO NOT BLOCK the gate leading to the property behind the Airbnb!
- Do not drive over the neighbor`s lawn, as there may be a fee for damage to the sprinklers.
- Quiet hours after midnight.
- Fireplace is not for use.
- If traveling with pets, be aware that there is a pet fee. Please verify any animals with me prior to booking.
- No smoking of any kind in the house OR on the property. ANY sign or scent of smoking will result in a $400 fee.
