Place was exactly as described. Relativley quiet neighborhood setting of newer homes. We had the ebyure roof to ourselves with hot tub, sitting area under a pergola, fire pit and BBQ. Felt as if we were the 1st ones to stay there. Warmary for groceries 3inutes away. Area in general is under construction but did not bother us. It was about 30 min from Spri ngdale where Zion Park is but worth the drive. We'd definitely go back.

It was a beautiful property and the host was easy to communicate with. It was a good location between St. George and Hurricane, about 15-20 min from either but no close services like coffee shops or other food. WiFi was a bit slow but functioned.
