Good location. Well supplied kitchen. Comfortable for hanging out. Lots of games for kids and comfy beds. The cons were both bathrooms downstairs and all bedrooms up a steep staircase. Recommend for families over couples traveling together.

We had a wonderful stay at this property booked through Vrbo. The house was exactly as describe, clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family of six.We stayed here specifically to enjoy the hot air balloon festival, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was within easy walking distance to the festival grounds, which made everything incredibly convenient and enjoyable.The host was excellent and very responsive, typically replying to any questions within a couple of hours, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for the festival or a family getaway.
