This 3-bedroom, 2-bath modern farmhouse offers comfort and style just 50 yards from a shared private beach—ideal for swimming, fishing, or relaxing by the water. Enjoy nearby skiing at Mt. Peter (10 min) and Vernon (30 min). The perfect retreat for families or small groups to unwind, explore, and make memories by the lake.

Stretching across 7.3 miles, Greenwood Lake spans the boundary of New York and New Jersey. Situated a mere 50 miles from New York City, this lakefront town is positioned conveniently close to the Appalachian Trail and the scenic Sterling Forest State Park.

Access
You’ll have full access to the entire house, including the semi-private beach on the lake (50 yards away), and outdoor areas. The semi-private beach has a fire pit with chairs.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive a unique access code, ensuring a smooth and contactless check-in.

Open and inviting, the bright main level features a spacious kitchen island, a cozy wood-burning stove, and everything you need for a stress-free stay, including a washer and dryer.

The “AM–PM Bar” has everything you need to start and end your day right – complete with a coffee maker and French press.
