Charming, spacious home with an updated interior. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms! Very clean! Convenient location to Airport, RIT and U of R.One thing to note, the stairs may be hard to navigate if you are traveling with any one with mobility issues.

My family have been based in Rochester for more than 25 years now. We know it well and enjoy the many advantages and amenities of the city and the area.

Why they chose this property

The houses in this area were well built; it is minutes from the larger universities, the nationally known Strong Hospital, and Genesee Park, easy to reach from the highway system and is a three minute walk to the inspired network of trailways that cover the city, adding enormously to it's charm as a place to live and to visit. Many guests bring their children to the Strong Museum of Play, a stand-out for any region.and voted third best in the nation (in 2025).

What makes this property unique

We planned the renovation carefully, we maintain and upgrade the property constantly. Another series of upgrades (winter 2026) is almost completed. Upgrades include the entire yard, with plantings added each year.
