★ Long-term Stay Policy ★

Welcome to your home away from home! In accordance with California rental law, we are required to sign a lease agreement with tenants for rentals surpassing 28 days. Additionally, For stays exceeding 28 days, we kindly request our guests to cover utility costs during their visit. This helps us keep our rates affordable while offering the comfort and convenience of a fully-equipped home. Utility charges will be based on actual usage, ensuring fairness and transparency.



Security Deposit：

A security deposit of $2,000 is required for long-term stays. This deposit is fully refundable, provided the property is returned in its original condition. We trust you will treat the space as if it were your own, and in return, we will ensure your deposit is returned promptly after your departure.



Wi-Fi：

To keep you connected during your stay, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi. Enjoy uninterrupted access to work online, stream your favorite shows, or plan your next day’s adventures!



Guest Access:

The large swimming pool and jacuzzi are exclusively for guest use.

Complimentary 2-hour heated jacuzzi service is provided each evening. Please notify the host 30 minutes in advance before using the jacuzzi, as it takes about half an hour to heat to 100°F.

Due to the pool’s large size and depth, pool heating service is not available.

Guests may freely use the BBQ grill.

Guests also have complimentary access to the private tennis and basketball courts, with sports equipment prepared exclusively for your use.

Free parking, washer, and dryer are provided for guest use.
