The home features a stunning panoramic solarium, private hot tub, cedar sauna, firepit, fire table, Blackstone griddle, arcade game room, karaoke, and thoughtful spaces for relaxing, playing, and reconnecting.

Spend sunny days grilling on the patio, lounging by the lake and unwinding in the evenings with sunset views, stargazing from the hot tub, or laughter around the fire. Inside, you’ll find bright, comfortable living areas, a modern coffee bar, and entertainment for all ages.

Although our lake is non-recreational, guests may enjoy kayaking, fishing, and swimming at nearby Boulder (1 mile) or Fishing Lake (.4 mile) as well as a seasonal community pool, beach, and tennis courts with purchase of a small amenity fee.

When we first checked in we were welcomed by a nice clean, fresh, and cozy place. It is evident the hosts put a lot of care and effort into the place and want to provide their guests with the best possible experience by providing everything you’d ever need in the kitchen, extra heaters, games, etc. The place is very spacious and each room has a beautiful room whether it’s the lake or the woods filled with animals! Best vrbo rental me and my fellow guests have ever stayed in:)

From the minute I booked to checkout our experience was a 10/10! The lake house is exactly as pictured. A beautiful getaway any time of year. We definitely want to come back to enjoy the area in the summer months! The owner made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. He reached out before, during, and after to make sure our stay was perfect. My husband, son and I, as well as another family of 4 really enjoyed the house setup. The solarium was stunning and cozy, game room a total hit for the kids, and plenty of space for lazy naps and movie nights! We cooked at home for all of our meals since we were lucky enough to get some snow (it was shoveled and plowed for us incase we wanted to leave). The adults enjoyed the sauna and hot tub every day! Close by to Camelback ski resort for a morning of tubing. Kevin, the owner, also gave us a great list of activities and restaurants as well! The listing was new and we took a chance with minimal reviews but we lucked out with some of the best memories our kids will have!

My family and I had the most wonderful vacation getaway here! from the first message that I inquired about the house; the host was helpful and provided everything I needed to know. The host was attentive to any questions I had with the house during our stay. The moment you walked in the house it smelt like vacation and looked like vacation. The decor was beautiful! The pictures don’t do the house justice ! We were welcomed with a welcome basket for the family of yummy treats . My family and I enjoyed the hot tub and sauna so much we just couldn’t decide if the view was better in the morning or at night. I set my alarm and I enjoyed a quiet morning with my coffee out on the dock and watch the sunrise! Coffee bar is amazing in the house hIt was incredible !!! In the house we listened to records, played board games, movies! (All fun provided by host). We danced, cooked, and spent hours in the arcade room! The view of the lake from the solarium room, the hot tub, and upstairs windows is magnificent! The house is so clean! And it has so much for everyone! It made our vacation! Couldn’t believe we hit the jackpot with picking this house! Book it; you won’t regret it!
