We enjoyed this condo very much. The location was great to reach downtown Mooresville, and the nice, safe neighborhood was very walkable. All supplies were very well stocked, but the kitchen had absolutely everything you could ask for, from oil and a large variety of spices to an impressive amount of cookware & utensils. The host left some nice touches, like yummy gourmet cookies, a binder of area recs and a Brita water pitcher. One thing to note is the unit is on the corner of a busy street and there is some road noise, but nothing that kept us awake. The only thing that could be improved on is updating the bathrooms. None of these things would keep me from returning. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

This condo was perfect for our needs. We were I town for a family wedding at Lake Norman Yacht Club. The rooms were clean and spacious. I loved the many hangers in closest, so we could hang our suits and dresses. Our flight in to NC was canceled and rescheduled, so when I messaged Brett about it, he was quick to respond and helpful. I would rebook again; whenever we have family functions in the area.
