Welcome to your ideal vacation home in Lake Berkley Resort! This spacious single-story property features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and accommodates up to 10 guests.

Bedrooms:

King Master Suite: King-size bed, SMART TV, closet, and private bathroom with access to the pool area.

Queen Master Suite: Queen-size bed, SMART TV, closet, and private bathroom.

Mickey Mouse Safari Bedroom: Two twin beds with a SMART TV.

Mario Bros Bedroom: Bunk bed (twin over full) with pull-out trundle bed, SMART TV.

- Living Areas: The living room features a comfortable 8-seater sofa and a 45" SMART TV. It opens to the covered lanai and screened pool area, complete with lounge chairs to soak up the Florida sun.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern appliances and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. The dining table seats 6, with additional space for outdoor dining.

- Game Room: Includes a pool table, air hockey, and foosball table for hours of family fun.

- Laundry Room: Washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and clothesline provided at no extra cost.

BBQ: $100 per stay, includes one propane refill (we’ll reimburse you if you refill it yourself and provide a receipt).
