2 bedrooms - each bdrm has one queen bed and one full bed. Total of four beds in the two bedrooms. There is also a queen air mattress in the living room closet. Full kitchen, two full bathrooms, cozy fireplace, large open living room, huge covered front porch, ample parking, no steps , hot tub and pet friendly! Wild horses and elk frequently seen on property.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
All dishware or cookware used to be washed and dried and put back in cabinets-double check that stove burners and oven is in off position- do not leave any food items in the refrigerator
All trash to be removed upon departure and taken into bar proof trash receptacle to right of driveway /
Hot tub temperature to be set back to 90°
Do not remake beds
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
