Wonderful Property

This has was incredible. It has a great layout both indoor and outdoor. The open floorplan on the first floor works great for larger groups and all the different porch areas are great to spread out. We loved the back patio with the wood burning fireplace in the cooler fall weather. Also for kids, the proximity to Camp Watercolor and the field area was perfect! The view out the back into the woods and marsh area was out of a movie. We loved this house and will look to stay here again.

Incredible home

We had a wonderful stay! The main downstairs is very open and large for gathering of friends/family. The property manager was prompt to show us how to turn on outdoor water feature. We had 13 people and plenty of room to spread out in this beautiful home. They had pack and play for my sister's baby when she came to stay for few days and toys/games for small kids. We would definitely stay in this house again! My only suggestion (more kitchen towels please).

2 Weeks of Family Fun

The home was accommodations were perfect for our family this year. Plenty of space for the group to gather for making homemade pizza's and grilling with space for the little ones to escape to a quiet spot to watch TV in the kids room or read a book in the book nook. From the toys to books, it was nice to have a few new things for the kids to explore. The house was very clean at our arrival with a nice welcoming gift. We loved the convenience to Camp Watercolor or the short bike ride to the beach and/or Seaside. The few negatives was he house was accommodating for young children with the exception of not having any plastic cups/plates and bowls for them. The construction next door was sometimes a barrier with the kids getting out safely to play or ride their bikes with the deliver/moving/construction trucks and a constant flow of workers around the house. With that being said, we loved 176 Red Cedar Way and are already looking forward to our next stay at this beautiful home.

Stepping into pure bliss!

From the moment we walked into the house we felt like we were in paradise! The house itself is gorgeous! The outdoor areas are wonderful! The porch swings were a fantastic added touch. The outdoor sitting area in back is stunning. Even in the evening heat we still went to sit outside. We didn’t want to miss any of its beauty. The location was perfect for riding out bikes. The few minor things we needed assistance with were answered or dealt with immediately! Our experience with Sanders was top notch!! We loved the laundry on both floors. The table sat all 12 of us comfortably for family dinners and game playing, and the teens all loved hanging out in the tv area! Anything we would need for cooking, etc was all there and in great condition! We have no real negatives. A few of the seat cushions at the dining table were a bit stained but a deep cleaner would fix that and overall it was very minor! Bottom line we will stay here again in a heartbeat. The BEST!

Our trip to Watercolor was everything we hoped it would be and so much more! We literally walked into the house and knew we picked the perfect house for our family. It was absolutely GORGEOUS and in a fantastic location!! We cannot wait to go back!!:)

Perfect house for a family beach week.

This house was perfect for our family beach week with ages ranging from 8 months to 68 years. The house is well maintained, plenty of hot water and cold air and comfortable beds. Fun hideaway rooms for the kids with toys and books to enjoy. Great outdoor space for the adults to enjoy also. Sanders Beach Rentals knows how to take care of their clients and they do so with joy and kindness. They are our only choice when staying on 30A.

Davis Family Watercolor Vacation

The house was very clean and spacious for my family. The house was cleaned early so we were able to check in ahead of schedule. There was plenty of room and it was a great location to the Camp. Also, the quick response from Sanders was great when we needed towels and an appliance question. We would recommend this house and Sanders to other people.

Beautiful home!

The home was beautiful, huge, clean, and had everything that we needed. We were two families coming together for vacation and really enjoyed the outdoor space as well as the huge kitchen. We also enjoyed the bikes that came with the house. Comfortable, pretty and spacious. Thanks for a great time! It will be even better when Camp Watercolor is through with renovations.

Comfortable luxury!

We had an amazing stay at this home over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Grandparents and grown kids all had a wonderful time biking, walking, playing cards and visiting with friends. Plenty of room but the best part is the house felt like home - comfortable beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen and a big dining table. We will be back!!

Amazing WaterColor Home!

Our three-generation family of 10 stayed in this home for a week over fall break and absolutely loved it! There are so many homes to choose from in WaterColor, and with a lot of time and experience staying in the area, here are some of the differentiators for this one: 1. The outdoor area is large and rare for a home of this size. The Weber grill is excellent, seating comfortable for a party of this size, and the relaxing water feature is an added bonus. In addition, the outdoor living area backs up to open space, making it very private. As a family, we spent a ton of time in this beautiful space. 2. The outdoor porches are outfitted with furniture that's actually usable. The floating daybed on the second floor, as one example, was a place where many of went to relax and read. 3. The location can't be beat. This home is a three minute walk from the Camp Watercolor pool, a five minute walk from the tennis facility, and a five minute bike ride to the beach/Seaside. 4. The kitchen is truly outfitted for a cook. Making meals in the house was simple because it was overstocked with kitchenware and supplies. 5. The lot that the home is situated on is a rare bonus because there is only a home on one side and the rest of the house backs up to wooded open space and trails. Many WaterColor homes have dark interiors because they're surrounded by other homes. This home, especially the kitchen/family room where you spend most of your time, is filled with light. In October (when we were there), you can see the colorful sky when the sun sets. It's truly a beautiful lot. As far as the appointments in the bedrooms, living room, etc? They meet or exceed what you would expect in a WaterColor home. There was plenty of space for the ten of us in the house, and we could have easily added a couple more kids with the same result. One more thing worth noting: our family has rented over 30 homes over the years on VRBO from both individuals and management companies. Our whole family would agree that working with Sanders Beach Rentals has been the best experience of any entity we've rented from. They are truly a five-star property manager, so much so, that we've already booked in WaterColor with them for our fall break next year (something we've never done before with any of the homes we've rented). If you rent this home and/or work with Sanders, you will love your choice.
