Awesome Brunner Family Vacation at Watercolor!

The house was beautiful- well equipped for 8 adults and 4 small grandchildren. The amenities in the house; the pools and the beach facilities -each was fun, enjoyable and we had a blast!!! The golf cart came in very handy too!

The kitchen didn't quite have enough pans or bowls. There were 10 of us and we struggled when cooking or storing food.

Furnishings were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Kitchen was poorly equipped..

House and furnishings were not as expected. Kitchen did not have adequate glassware, flatware etc for number it sleeps. Carriage house had spoiled and stinky milk in refrigerator, it had not been cleaned. It is not a luxury rental and I would never consider renting it again or using the rental agency. I was told the day of arrival after calling about carriage house they would refund money and I could find somewhere else. Great customer service. Cannot change response at beginning

Beautiful home, we would love to stay here again. Especially appreciated the doors on the bunk room, the perfect place for baby naps (we rented a crib from Beach Baby Rentals).

Watercolor 2020

We have been coming to Seaside and then Watercolor since 1999. We like staying in different homes each year. Love riding bikes with my grandkids and family. Love the many things to do in Watercolor. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for the smooth reservation process!

We absolutely loved our stay!

What a great house! There was plenty of room for all 3 families. We discovered a short cut to seaside which made the location all the better. But, even if we hadn’t, we felt very centrally located. You do walk/bike a lot so make sure you bring comfortable shoes. It was the first time for all of us to visit this area. We will definitely come back! We felt fine about the kids going off on their own and they (all teenagers) loved the freedom. There is a curfew which was great. The management staff was so nice! Very helpful and will come at the drop of a hat to help you with anything. I can’t tell you enough how great our vacation was!

Beautiful Home!

Perfect home for our big family! Everyone could spread out, gather in the kitchen and cook together or hang out on the porch. My only suggestion is to have the kitchen better stocked. It was a challenge to cook sometimes. Thanks! Bridget

80 Scrub Oak was absolutely Fabulous!!!!

80 Scrub Oak was perfect in every way!! The description was completely accurate. 5 Bedrooms in the main house and 1 in the Carriage House for a total of 6 . The Carriage house also has a kitchen and separate living area. All of the bedrooms are decorated beautifully. The house was spotless when we arrived. The oversized showers were definitely a plus. There is a golf cart shuttle that can take you to the beach if needed. That was my concern , but everything worked out great! They shut down around 5, but then you have the golf cart Taxi service that can take you anywhere on 30A that you would like to go . To dinner etc.... There are many fabulous restaurants as well like Bud and Alleys, Thirty A Cafe, Paradis, and Shunk Gulley just to name a few. The Publix grocery store is a just a 2 min drive . You can also cook in . The house has everything you need in the kitchen to cook the perfect meal for your family and friends. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. It was amazing!!!!
