WELCOME TO YOUR HOME-AWAY-FROM-HOME DURING WORLD CUP! We have the perfect location for your World Cup stay. Stay for the July 5, July 18 matches or both. Please review complete description before requesting to book. We are extremely experienced hosts with 10 years of home exchange experience and perfect ratings in every category. But this is our first time renting with VRBO so we do not have reviews. If you are interested, we can provide multiple reviews from our home exchange site. We would also be happy to FaceTime and provide a live video tour before your arrival. IMPORTANT RULES: (1) STRICT NO SMOKING RULE. (2) We require a list of people and ages staying in our home. All the comforts of home, plenty of space and great accessibility to MetLife/NYC.

With five bedrooms featuring a king bed, three queen beds, and a full bed, everyone can find their perfect spot to rest. The 3.5 bathrooms include both showers (2) and bathtubs (2), making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. NYC is an easy 25+ min drive w/o traffic or easy 35+ min train to Penn Station (train station walkable) - or attending the FIFA World Cup at MetLife Stadium, which is 7 miles (11 km) away (20+ mins w/o traffic).

Guests can relax in the beautiful but comfortable living room, and play piano, chess, watch SMART TV - Netflix, Hulu, HBOMax, prime etc., or listen to music on Sonos.

Or hang out in the basement with XBox, musical instruments - drum kit, guitars, amps- craft room, tons of LEGO, TV, exercise bike or 100+ choices of games. Basement also has two fold-out couches, queen and single.

Other features are Central Air conditioning throughout the house, proximity to town, NYC trains, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sun room, office. Separate third floor has a large bedroom with couch, chairs, desk. Bathroom has large, claw foot tub. Outside is a large deck with table, chairs, lounge furniture, umbrella, professional grill, ping pong table, vegetable garden, plenty of parking and more.
