The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Close the curtains above the doors to the deck in the living and dining room.
Press button to lock French doors from sunroom to the patio. Lock sliding glass doors from dining room and sunroom.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Due to newly refinished original hardwood floors in most of the rooms, we would prefer if you took off any heels or hard soled shoes in the house.

This house is lovely. Perfect for a family gathering, plenty of equipment for cooking! We had a quiet peaceful stay during the worst of the storm. Grateful for thoughtful touches throughout the home.

We enjoyed having you and your family. I’m glad you were comfortable in our home as you rode out the big winter storm that came through. We would love to host you again.
This property has been the most completely stocked of all I have used. The kitchen has everything. Pantry items, flour, sugars, seasoning, spices, plenty of dishes, utensils, baggies, foil, etc. There's also plenty of towels, blankets, bathroom tissue, soap, and even an umbrella. This home has everything. Its clean and very spacious.

Thanks so much. We enjoyed hosting you and your group. You treated the house well and followed all the rules. We would love to have you back any time.
This place was amazing. The host was very informative and the property was extremely clean. The property was even better than the photos. We already know if we ever come to the GA area again this is where we wanna come. I have three children and my two boys ages 9 loved the back yard and the twin bed bedroom. My youngest who is special needs loved all the little separate areas in the house to chill at away from her brothers. My mom and father in law loved the quiet neighborhood. My husband’s favorite part was the tall showerhead since he is over 6 foot. The boys spent 90 percent of the stay in the backyard and on the back porch. The beds were extremely comfy which was very important to us after a long all day drive. The property was 20 minutes maybe from the aquarium and the world of Coca Cola. The book she had with all the house information also had local stores and places to eat listed which was very nice. We could not have done better with this house. Money very well spent. If you are looking for a place to stay for your next stay this is it.

Thanks so much for your praise of our house. We are so glad you enjoyed your time there and appreciate your glowing review. We aim for all our guests to be pleased.
You were excellent guests and we would love to have you back when you come back to the Atlanta area. Thanks again.
The home was good and we enjoyed our stay there. We all had fun. There are two things I would bring into your consideration. 1. Please change the path room door locks. They are not locking and we were kind of afraid, if someone else is going to open the doors when we are using it. 2. There were lots of groceries in the pantry area that was expired 3 to 4 years ago. Please dispose them before any guests use it. I really hope, you would take our feedback in the positive way. Thanks.

Thanks so much for your feedback. Your family was one of our first guests and we have since fixed the bathroom door locks. We also will check the pantry again for any expired foods.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We traveled with three adults, two kids (ages 12 and 9), and our two dogs, and the home accommodated all of us perfectly.Communication with the owner was quick and seamless. Even though we never met in person, everything was clearly explained, and we always knew exactly what to do—no confusion at all, which we really appreciated. The home was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, well-maintained, and free of any bugs or cobwebs. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, which made a big difference for our group. One of our favorite features was the outdoor setup—there were three different grills available! I only wish we had stayed longer so I could have tried them all.The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils—everything we needed. It was so convenient not having to buy anything extra. I was even able to cook a small Easter dinner for my family with ease. The pantry also had helpful basics like seasonings, flour, sugar, coffee, and tea.Inside, there were plenty of comfortable couches and multiple smart TVs, which was perfect for our family since we love winding down with movies at night. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus for our dogs. Our larger dogs were secure, though it’s worth noting that a smaller dog might be able to slip under one section. We also appreciated the small thoughtful touches, like labeled light switches and shower knobs—it made settling in so much easier.

Thanks so much. We were glad that you enjoyed your time at our home and especially the outdoor areas of the house. We loved hosting you and your family and would love to have you back if you are ever in the area.
Never was in direct contact with host but the house was amazing. She left amenities for our use. The only complaint i would say we had was the bathtub. It was hard to take a sit down bath because the drain wouldn't close off completely. Other than that we would recommend this property to anyone. And would stay there again if we are to be around Atlanta in the future.

Thanks Linda, we’re so glad you had a good time in Atlanta area and at our house. Your group left the house clean and in order. We would gladly have you back. Thanks for making us aware of the issue with the tub. It will be fixed.
This house was our parent’s house after they raised me and my siblings and retired. It is in a quiet neighborhood but close to both interstate 20 and 285, which allowed us to drive into Atlanta in no time. We have very fond memories of holidays and summers there with them and our extended family. Because it has so many rooms it was always a gathering place for friends and family. We think it would be perfect for multi families or groups and hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
What makes this property unique
This house is not only a place to sleep overnight but a real retreat with a lot of different areas to work, relax, talk, meditate and overall enjoy yourself. The large backyard and deck is perfect for some outdoor games like throwing a football or kicking a soccer ball while others watch on the spacious deck as they grill some food. And if you just want quiet time, you can sit on the bench amongst the roses in our tranquil garden patio and listen to the calming sound of our water feature. Or if you want to catch up on what’s new with friends over a few drinks, the sunroom is a perfect spot as the sun filters in and the ceiling fan keeps you cool as you laugh and talk. For those that still have work to do you can set up your laptop at our office/ library room or just spread out on our cozy sectional couch in the living room and watch a movie on the 58” flat screen tv. This house appeals to whatever fits your mood.
