Welcome to Saida Towers I, Unit 401—a beautiful and spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath beachfront condo offering exceptional views of the beach and resort grounds. Enjoy the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and resort-style living in the heart of South Padre Island.
Step inside and relax in the open-concept living area featuring tile floors throughout, a cozy area rug, comfortable sofa seating, and a dining table for six. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks during your stay.
Sleeping Accommodations:
Master Bedroom: King bed
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Full/Twin combo bed
Both bathrooms include a tub/shower combo, making it easy and convenient for families and groups.

All reservations with dates of stay from March 1st to Easter Sunday require a one-time per-person wristband fee $25 plus tax. Wristbands are required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests ages 9 and under are exempt. Guests ages 33 and old are exempt. Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the wristband fee will apply. The wristband fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
