Spacious townhome which sleeps 8 with roof top deck that has views of the island, bay side, sea, SpaceX launch pad and rocket row. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets lounging on the outdoor sectional. See fireworks during the summer on Friday and Saturday and Holidays.
Only 3 minute walk to Beach access. Outdoor pool with shower.
Second level features open living area and dining with fully stocked kitchen and balcony in back.
3rd level features 2 bedrooms/2 baths, master with King with balcony , 2nd room has 2 Queen beds. Den (open room between the 2 bedrooms) has a bunk bed.
4th level is the roof top deck with a half bath.
Complex has pool with outdoor shower.
Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Close to Sea Turtle Rescue, SPI Birding, Nature center and alligator sanctuary.

About the host

My husband and I are originally from Texas, I was born in Houston and my husband in McAllen . We both attended school in Austin and later settled there. We now live full time on South Padre Island. We enjoy walks on the beach, riding bikes on Gulf Blvd and the beach, collecting sea shells, watching sunsets and sunrises from the top deck.
Why they chose this property
The northern side of the island is less crowded and quiet. Minutes to beach and restaurants and bars.
What makes this property unique
A block from the beach access. Roof top deck with sectional with ocean and bay views, and also SpaceX which is 9 miles south. Restaurants and bars walking distance. Retail stores close by. A block north there is a place where you can rent jet skis and fishing guides.
