We love this condo building and this is the 3rd one we’ve stayed at since last summer. The location is excellent and we love the fact it has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The view from the balcony is beautiful and we enjoyed our morning coffee/tea and watching the sunsets too! Checking was very easy as well. The only thing lowering my final rating was the cleanliness of the unit. The carpets were very dirty and stained, and the entire unit really needs a deep cleaning (floors, baseboards, dusting of all furniture, etc). Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Overall, we had a great stay & enjoyed our vacation. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Communication with the owner was excellent—they responded quickly & were easy to work with. Check-in was simple, & we had no issues accessing the condo or the pool once our door code was activated. Our family especially loved the outdoor pool.The only disappointment at the beginning of our stay was having to wait until exactly 4pm to enter the condo. We were told the door code would not activate until then unless we paid for early check-in. While I understand early check-in is often an extra service, it was disappointing because the condo appeared to be cleaned & ready earlier. At other places we’ve stayed, we’ve been notified when the unit was ready & allowed to check in before the official time, so we were hoping for a similar experience.There were also a couple of minor issues during our stay. One night, a framed picture unexpectedly fell off the wall, giving everyone quite a scare. It shattered, leaving broken glass all over the floor that we cleaned up. It appeared to have been hung with 2 very small screws, so it may be worth checking the other wall decorations to prevent it from happening again. The carpets were also noticeably stained & looked worn, which took away from the overall appearance of the condo.Other than those issues, we had a wonderful vacation. The beautiful balcony view, responsive owner, easy access to the amenities, & great pool made for an enjoyable stay

Not great! The 2nd night the master bathroom flooded.I called the host and he said he would send someone with towels to clean up but that turned into a bag of towels left at door.I don't think we should have had to clean up the mess of a huge toilet leak that covered the whole bathroom floor. He said that someone would be out the next day to fix the toilet. While we were at the beach I got a message that the guy came but the toilet needed to be replaced.He came back shortly after we got back from the beach. Things break on vacation and I get that but he should have sent a cleaning crew to clean up the mess,that was not our responsibility. Lastly, the carpets in every room are filthy dirty.I think the carpets at The Holiday Inn would have been cleaner. I brought this concern to the host and asked about getting them cleaned because I had Grandchildren coming and I know that they would be all over the floor. He did offer to have someone come another day but it would take a few hours. We decided against it because we didn't want strangers coming in with our things and we didn't want to have to stay and take time out of our vacation. I have asked for some compensation back for all of this after the price we paid and he is wanting to give me 100.00 for the trouble.He also said that I was the first to bring the carpets to his attention.I looked at previous reviews and there are 3 reviews in June, July and August mentioning it! I paid a lot of money for a nice clean place that wasn't

Great location! We could walk easily to the beach and several places to eat. The views of the bay from the balcony were gorgeous! Having an elevator was great for my parents. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only (very minor) complaint would be that the carpets could use a good cleaning. There were some stains, but not awful. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ocean City, MD.
