Our condo is on the South end of Tybee so close to the beach that you can run home for bathroom breaks. The beach is right there for you to enjoy building sandcastles, swimming, bodysurfing, sunbathing, and relaxing. If it is too hot or windy on the beach, sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean view-also good if you get sunburned from sitting out too long. The view from the deck will make it hard to leave, but inside we have a nicely appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for you to enjoy. You can always order take out from the restaurants that are so close you just have to walk to pick up the order.
Our condo is on the Strand close to restaurants and bars in addition to the beach. Fanny's on the Beach is next door, they have cover bands on the weekends in season. There are restaurants and bars on the Strand and around the corner on Tybrisa. Once you arrive and park your car, there is no need to get back in it until you are ready to leave the Island. You can walk or bike everywhere!
We bought this condo because of its great location so close to the beach at the South End of Tybee. We live on Tybee full time and wanted an extra place just for rentals, and overflow when our family visits! We have many wonderful summer memories spent at the beach and want to provide a place for you to make your own memories. Tybee is a special place and we want to share it with you.

We like the South end of Tybee because it is close to the beach, Back River, and you can walk/bike where ever you want to go. You are so close to the beach that it is easy to run home for bathroom breaks. Or if it is too hot or windy on the beach, sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean view. This is our second condo in the area, around the corner on 17th Street, we have '101 Steps to the Beach, Sun, Sand, and Body Surfing Waves.' We purchased that condo in 2010 and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting all of the guests that have chosen to stay with us. We provide the same type of Tybee experience for you, only this new condo has a better view and is closer to the Tybee nightlife! Tybee Island is a wonderful place to sit on the beach, swim in the ocean, build sandcastles, bike, walk on the beach, kayak to uninhabited islands, fish, bird watch and unwind on Tybee time. We set the condo up as a place we would want to stay and are proud to have our family and friends vacation in it. We hope you enjoy staying there, too!
We enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island. Paul & Mary met us at the condo and were very helpful not only with our luggage, but also sharing information about Tybee. The apartment is very nicely decorated and well equipped. We were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was great, especially at sunrise. Having two parking spots was also a plus.
The property is beautiful and the owner was great. Definitely would stay there again. Also, the view was awesome.
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Amazing view from the awesome balcony. We watched the sunrise every morning. Paul was so helpful and met us at the condo. The perfect place to stay to enjoy both the beach and Savannah!
