This condo is designed for a stylish and relaxing beach experience. Once you pull into the covered parking, there is really no need to drive for the rest of your stay. With a 2-3 minute walk you can arrive at the Tybee Island Pier, the Breakfast Club, or any of the shops and restaurants on Tybrisa. For those seeking adventure, there are several recreational kiosks selling activity packages and/or renting bikes/kayaks/boats/jetskis.
On the inside, our condo offers all of the comforts of home with a full kitchen and dining table featuring stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all utensils for cooking and serving. There are 2 big screen televisions, the largest being 47' in the main room. The master features a King size bed and private bath, the second bedroom has queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full and a twin bed. The living room also has a pull-out sleeper sofa.

My name is Karen White. I live in Marietta, GA with my 3 sons. I have been a foreign language teacher in the Fulton County School system for more than 30 years. Myself, and my son, Jody maintain this condo for our own enjoyment as well as the enjoyment of others.

Why Jody chose Tybee Island
When we decided that we wanted a place near the water, we were looking for combination of convenience and unique qualities. Tybee Island is the closest beach to the Atlanta area, but it is it's size and charm that set it apart. Tybee Island is a place that is neither too large nor too small. Simply put, it feels like a place that you can 'get to know.' It will never become a generic place like Hilton Head or Panama City, but will retain it's character and identity for years to come.
What makes this Condo unique
In Tybee, you have many opportunities. If you want to stay and relax at the beach, beach-comb near the pier, sightsee at the lighthouse - then you don't even need to leave the island. If you want to enjoy Savannah's unique cultural and dining establishments, then it's only a 25 minute car ride.

Very nice property, nicely furnished, clean. Had what was needed.
Very nice stay for our first visit to Tybee. Condo was really nice. Tybee was very crowded for spring break week and beach was full. While I prefer quieter, less populated beach, I have no complaint about our condo. No view in a tight area, but very well appointed.
It was clean and all around a beautiful condo! Highly recommend!
Excellent (but, not right on the beach)
We absolutely loved the place, and Kathee was great to work with, getting us all settled in. She definitely goes above and beyond. The only thing was that when I had been adding filters to try to find a place to stay, I checked "beachfront" and this place came up. I didn't realize that it isn't on the beach. To get to the beach, you have to walk a couple of blocks. It is super close, and not really an issue, but it made things a little bit more complicated just because we have 3 kids, and with it not being right on the beach, the kids couldn't walk to the beach themselves, and instead had to wait for all of us to be ready to go.
Very nice property, very friendly managers, great owner! It's much larger than one would think.

Condo was very spacious and clean. We were very impressed. Near to alI restaurants and the beach. We would definitely recommend staying at this condo and, when we visit Tybee again, we will definitely see if this condo is available.
The location is great for access to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
The unit we rented was very comfortable, well appointed, and updated. The deck area is large with nice furniture, providing a relaxing outdoor space. We enjoyed that beach access was very close. Also having the parking space was a benefit. I would lease this unit again, even though my preference is a beach view. We enjoyed our time so much we extended an extra day.
