Unwind in our landscaped courtyard, with fresh breezes from Condado Lagoon Park, located right next door. After a beach day, rinse off the sand in our outdoor shower located off the courtyard.
Situated in the heart of Condado, you’re just minutes from Condado Beach, Ashford Avenue, and La Placita’s vibrant nightlife. Essentials like Walgreens are within walking distance.
We offer an on-site coin laundry, with complimentary detergent.
You`re just 5–20 minutes from top attractions like Old San Juan, the Convention Center, San Juan Cruise Port, Plaza Las Américas, La Placita and SJU.
Hosting a larger group? Our building features eight renovated apartments.
For a stress-free experience, we recommend using Uber or taxis, as parking in the area can be limited. Uber is affordable, convenient, and widely available throughout San Juan. If you’re interested in guided tours or private transportation, we’re happy to share recommendations for trusted tour guides and drivers to help you explore the island with ease.
Please Note: Power and water outages can occasionally occur on the island. The lively Condado scene may include some street noise—light sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
Seasonal bugs are common in tropical climates; turning off outdoor lights helps keep them away. Also avoid leaving doors open, as well as windows without screens, to avoid unwanted guests.
