This studio at TOPS'L Beach & Racquet Resort is all about location! You'll be quite close to the beach while less than three miles away from downtown Miramar Beach and its endless dining options. Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
