The owner had this property built in the 2024/25. It is absolutely gorgeous with a well known builder who is known for his attention to detail. Turtle Cove is a popular neighborhood in TCI. There are 5 amazing restaurants and a cafe. Top of the Cove Deli and Turks Wave are open for breakfast at 8am and food is served all day until 3pm. Daily specials, take out meals, order ahead family sized lasagna, caesar salad and garlic bread. Simone is like the Norm of Cheers. She will welcome you to her restaurant and remember your name when you return next year. Sharkbite is on stilts over the water and at night the water is lit up and you may spot a caribbean reef shark swimming by. Baci Italian has the best veal marsala, lemon snapper and wood fired pizza oven and Mango Reef is a short walk open from 11am to 12pm. Check out there menu online, local fish, lobster, conch, thai tuna salad,dominican paella, fresh sushi, so much to choose from including warm rum cake and vanilla ice cream to name a few. Indigo & Pink at The Wymara Resort, The Marine Room across the road. Walk to Smith's Reef at the mouth of Turtle Cove Marina. You can walk or rent a car. Boat excursions such as Oceanvibes, Island Vibes, Kenard Cruises, and many more in my guidebook. Grace Bay Beach runs 12 miles from the mouth of Turtle Cove Marina, all the way to the east end of the island. Graceway IGA is only 1 mile east and Somewhere Cafe at Coral Gardens Resort has the best fish tacos, fajitos and roped off snorkel area out front. All in all a great vibe, The Villa is in the middle of the island but only 0.3 miles to Grace Bay Beach voted #1 beach in the world in several well known publications. The island is only 25 miles wide east to west and 1 to 2 miles across from North to South in different locations. We have great deep sea fishing, a championship golf course, pickleball and tennis courts, graceway sports centre has pay as you go options for those who like to stay in shape while travelling.

Each bedroom has a brand new Queen Size Platform bed, private bathroom with quartz tiles and glass shower within your bedroom. NO need to go out into the hall.
