Your feedback about the upstairs bunk area helped us recognize that its layout and lack of privacy needed to be clearer. We’ve since reconfigured that space as a second living room and appreciate the opportunity to make this adjustment. I’m sorry departure may have felt stressful. Our checkout time is 10 a.m., and when you requested an extension at 9:15 that morning, I explained that our housekeeping team was already on their way and scheduled to begin at 10. They knocked after checkout time to inquire when they could start preparing the home for our next guests. Their intention was to coordinate the turnover, and I’m sorry the interaction felt otherwise. We’re happy to accommodate later departures whenever the schedule allows. Advance requests give us the best opportunity to do so, particularly during our peak travel season.
