Centrally located, this home is minutes to Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, 101, 135. Fifteen minute drive to Hollywood, Silver lake, Glendale. 5 minutes from Toluca Lake and Studio City where you will find tons of restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s.
The space
The house has a private fenced in back yard. It is the only dwelling on a corner lot. There is a parking spot in front of the garage, and plenty of parking on the street.

Guests are given the front door code and that is how they get access to the house.
